Common use of Provisions for Special Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Provisions for Special Arrangements. These Implementation Procedures provide for designated officials within the FAA and the CAA to make special arrangements -- with respect to design approval, production activities, export airworthiness approval, post design approval, or technical assistance -- in unique situations which have not been specifically addressed in these Implementation Procedures, but which are anticipated by the BASA Executive Agreement.
