Provisions In Force. From the Signature Date until the Effective Date, only the provisions enumerated in Section 2.4 (Specific Provisions Effective on the Signature Date) shall be in full force and effect. From the Effective Date until the Termination Date, all of the provisions of this Agreement shall be in full force and effect.
