Project Report. The Municipality shall submit a Project Report for every Project it proposes to direct Funds under this Agreement toward, as set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement, to UCPR by the date indicated in Part C.4 of Schedule “C” of this Agreement and in accordance with the requirements set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement during the Term of this Agreement. The Municipality shall follow such reasonable administrative procedures as Ontario may specify from time to time.
Project Report. The Project Report, Section A, shall indicate to UCPR what Projects the Municipality will use the Funds for with the estimated funds used per project. Project Report must be submitted no later than May 31st, 2020. Should the Municipality require a revision in the Project set out in the Project Report; the Municipality shall revise the Project Report and submit an updated Project Report as soon as possible to UCPR and prior to any construction being undertaken on the Project. The Municipality shall note that the Project has been changed from the original Project Report.
Project Report. The Recipient agrees to:
(1) Prepare and make available a comprehensive report of the results of the Project, the conclusions reached, and the methods used.
(2) Include appropriate notice in the report that: (a) the report is being disseminated under the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, in order to xxxxxx information exchange, (b) the U.S. Government assumes no liability or responsibility for the contents of that report or the use of that report, (c) the U.S. Government is not endorsing any manufacturers, products, or services cited in that report, and (d) any trade name that may appear in that report has been included only because it is essential to the contents of that report.
Project Report. The Project Report shall indicate to the Ministry what Project the Recipient will use the Funds for. The Project Report contains two sections: (1) Proposed Project Reporting Table and (2)
Project Report. The Recipient agrees to:
(1) Prepare and make available a sufficiently comprehensive report, to the extent FTA deems satisfactory, of the results of the Project, the conclusions reached, and the methods used that FTA may publish or make available for publication on the Internet, in addition to other reports that FTA may request the Recipient to provide.
(2) The Recipient agrees to identify clearly and precisely any specific confidential, privileged, or proprietary information or data contained within any report or document it submits to FTA.
(3) Include appropriate notice in the report that: (a) the report is being disseminated under the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, in order to xxxxxx information exchange, (b) the U.S. Government assumes no responsibility or liability for the contents or use of that report, (c) the U.S. Government is not endorsing any manufacturers, products, or services cited in that report, and (d) any trade name that may appear in that report has been included only because it is essential to the contents of that report.
Project Report. The Department will provide relevant templates to assist the Recipient in completing its reporting Obligations under this Schedule as per Clause 4.5 and Schedule 5 of the Agreement. The Project report must include but need not be limited to, the following information:

Project Report. The State will provide relevant templates to assist the Recipient in completing its reporting Obligations. The information listed below, is indicative of the information requested by the State and may be varied by the State from time to time in its absolute discretion.
Project Report. Upon completion of the penetration test, Contractor will provide a report to County within fourteen (14) days of completion. The report will contain documented and detailed findings as a result of performing the services contained and outlined.
Project Report. All junior exhibitors must have project management records and proof of supervision available to show that ownership and care requirements have been met. A copy of an up-to-date Project Report must be turned in to your project leader before they sign your livestock entry form. The project leaders’ signature indicates the member has fulfilled the terms of this agreement and is a member in good standing. Project instruction must include ethics training.
