Common use of Provisions of Health Services Clause in Contracts

Provisions of Health Services. Provider shall make available to Covered Person those usual and customary services that are offered within the scope of the Provider’s licensure and certification under applicable laws and based on the qualifications determined by CMHSP, LRE or MDHHS. Provider shall provide Medically Necessary Covered Services during the term of this Agreement or as otherwise required by law, whichever is later. LRE acts as fiduciary for Medicaid funding from the State of Michigan.

Provider shall provide authorized Medically Necessary Covered Services in accordance with provisions contained herein and as required by the Medicaid Provider Manual during the term of this Agreement or as otherwise required by law, whichever is later. LRE acts as fiduciary for Medicaid funding from the State of Michigan.
