Common use of PROVISIONS OF LAW AND SEPARABILITY Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS OF LAW AND SEPARABILITY. This MOU is subject to all current and future applicable federal and State laws and the City Charter. If any Article, part, or provision of this MOU is in conflict or inconsistent with such applicable provisions of federal or State laws, or the Charter of the City of Los Angeles, or is otherwise held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, said Article, part, or provision shall be suspended and superseded by such applicable law or regulations, and the remainder of this MOU shall not be affected thereby. All Appendices and Letters of Intent attached hereto are hereby incorporated and made part of this MOU.
