A. If any action(s) by the ERB prior to the expiration of this MOU, results in any significant changes to the composition of this representational unit, the parties to this MOU will meet as soon as possible thereafter to consider any revisions or amendments to this MOU that may be required to ensure that the interests of the employees are protected.
B. Employees attending ERB meetings or preparing for ERB appearances shall do so on their own time. Prior permission must be obtained to attend ERB meetings during scheduled work hours. Employees approved to attend these meetings during their scheduled work hours may use accumulated or uncompensated time.
