Provisions Run With the Land. This Contract shall run with the Redeveloper Property and shall inure to and bind the parties and their successors in interest. This Redevelopment Contract or a Memorandum hereof shall be recorded, by the Authority, with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, against the Redeveloper Property at the Redeveloper’s expense.
