Common use of PSA Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

PSA Responsibilities. The PSA and any ESP engaged pursuant to Section 9.02 must provide to DPS, in the manner and pursuant to the timing specified by DPS, any and all documentation necessary to demonstrate the PSA's compliance with the terms of the Contract and all applicable State and Federal law, including, but not limited to, the documentation specifically required in this Contract, as well as any additional documentation that DPS may hereafter in its sole discretion deem necessary for DPS to perform its statutory oversight duties.
