Pseudo-Tie Requirements. The Native BA and the Attaining BA shall coordinate unit modeling with respect to the rules of the Native BAA and Attaining BAA for modeling a Pseudo-tie. If the Native BA and Attaining BA do not have this information, modeling data shall be requested from the entity seeking to pseudo-tie the generating unit. This includes coordination of specific technical details for each Pseudo-tie no less than 45 days prior to the Pseudo-Tie in-service date and prior to NAESB Web Registry submission.
