Establishment and Functions of Operating Committee. The purpose of this Agreement is to coordinate data exchange, planning, scheduling and other aspects of transmission operations and planning in accordance with industry standards and Good Utility Practices. The Parties expect that their systems and technology applicable to those systems and to the collection and exchange of data will change from time to time throughout the term of this Agreement. To administer the arrangements under this Agreement, the Parties shall establish an Operating Committee (“OC”).
