Common use of Pseudonymized Health Data Clause in Contracts

Pseudonymized Health Data. Notwithstanding Section 3.8, Customer shall not upload, transmit, store or modify data that contains the information of any Person, including without limitation, data consisting of human genomic information, whether or not Instrument Data, unless Customer has pseudonymized such data and obtained informed prior written consent of the subject and does not make available to Oxford information that permits such Pseudonymized Data to be re-identified. Except with respect to contact information of Customer and its relevant personnel, Customer shall not make available to Oxford personal data, protected health information or personal information as defined by applicable law.
