Common use of Public and Website Notice Clause in Contracts

Public and Website Notice. Public notice of each meeting of the Board will be placed on WECC’s website at least ten (10) days before such meeting (or such lesser time as provided pursuant to Section 7.5.2). In addition, the Chief Executive Officer will provide notice of each meeting by first-class mail, facsimile or electronic mail to each member of the public who so requests and who has provided appropriate information regarding delivery of notice.
