Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact information on the last working day of September, January, and May. The information will be provided to CSEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service. This contact information shall also include the following information, with each field in its own column: i. First Name ii. Middle Name iii. Last name iv. Suffix (x.x., Xx., III)
Periodic Update of Contact Information. Except for the above limitations, the District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact information on the last working day of September, January, and May of each school year. The information will be provided to CSEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service at CSEA’s expense.
Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide the Association with a complete roster of bargaining unit employees, including the same information in the same format as the Article 3.2.8 above, within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Agreement, and on the last working day of every September, January and May.

The Office shall also provide CSEA with the information listed in article 4.7 b. above, three times a year on the last working day of September, January and May. The information shall be provided to CSEA electronically formatted via a mutually secure FTP site or service.

Periodic Update of Contact Information. Subject to prohibitions of disclosure outlined above, 2 the District shall provide TALB with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact 3 information on the last working day of September, January, and May of each school year.
Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall also provide CODAA with a list of all bargaining unit members' names and contact information described above on, or within three (3) business days of, the last working day of September, January, and May. The information shall be provided to CODAA via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service.
Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide MDEA with information pertaining to all employees in the bargaining unit on or about the last working day September, January, and May. The information will be provided to MDEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure (FTP) site or service or its equivalent. This contact information shall include the following items:
1. Employee first and last name 2. Job title
Periodic Update of Contact Information. The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all the information in 18.6 for all bargaining unit members on the last working day of September, January and May.
Periodic Update of Contact Information. 6.1 The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members names and contact information as listed in section b. above every 120 days or triannualIy (three (3) times per year) commencing on or about on the last working day of September, January, and May. The information will be provided to CSEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP service.
6.2 The District shall not be required to provide an employee’s home or personal cellular telephone number or personal email address to CSEA if the employee does not provide such information to the District, has made a written request that such information not be released, or if the employee has an alternatively designated address pursuant to Government Code section 6207 [this pertains to victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and stalking].
