Public Discourse & Unsolicited Ideas. The Service may include or be integrated with various forums, blogs and chat features where you can post User Content, including your observations and comments on designated topics. Artez cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or don’t want others to use, do not post it on the Service. Artez shall have no responsibility to evaluate, use or compensate you for any ideas or information you may choose to submit. If you submit suggestions, proposals, comments or other materials (collectively “Submissions”) within the Service you understand and agree that Artez (1) shall have no obligation to keep your Submissions confidential; (2) shall have no obligation to return your Submissions or respond in any way; and (3) may use your Submissions for any purpose in any way without notice or compensation to you.   • Compelled Disclosures If the Receiving Party or any of its Representatives is compelled by applicable Law to disclose any Confidential Information then, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, the Receiving Party shall: (a) promptly, and prior to such disclosure, notify the Disclosing Party in writing of such requirement so that the Disclosing Party can seek a protective order or other remedy or waive its rights under Section 6.3 of these General Terms; and (b) provide reasonable assistance to the Disclosing Party, at the Disclosing Party’s sole cost and expense, in opposing such disclosure or seeking a protective order or other limitations on disclosure. If the Disclosing Party waives compliance or, after providing the notice and assistance required under this Section, the Receiving Party remains required by Law to disclose any Confidential Information, the Receiving Party shall disclose only that portion of the Confidential Information that, on the advice of the Receiving Party’s legal counsel, the Receiving Party is legally required to disclose and, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain assurances from the applicable court or other presiding authority that such Confidential Information will be afforded confidential treatment.

  • Associated Discounts The State is entitled to all associated discounts enumerated in the GSA Supply Schedule (including, but not limited to, discounts for additional sites and volume discounts), as well as any other pricing or discount terms as are expressly enumerated in this NYS Contract or GSA schedule, when calculating the NYS Net Price.
