Common use of PUBLIC EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC EMPLOYEES. The Police Department and the individual members of this P.S.O. Bargaining Unit agree to regard themselves as Public Employees and are to be governed by the highest ideals of honor and integrity in all their public and personal conduct so that the Employees merit the respect and confidence of the general public.
