Common use of Public Information Kits Clause in Contracts

Public Information Kits. The Recipient and the Province may develop joint information kits, brochures, public reports, new media products, and web site material to inform the public about the OMCC Program and any Eligible Project. Such material will be prepared in a manner consistent with this Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol) and any core messages developed by the Recipient or the Province. The choice of colour will be neutral in nature and not identified with any political party.
