Project Promotion. Where the Client has control or influence over construction signage, press releases and/or other promotional information identifying the project (“Project Promotion”), the Client agrees to include Stantec in such Project Promotion.
Project Promotion. (a) The Recipient is responsible for the promotion and its activities and objectives within their jurisdiction. The Recipient will provide for each Eligible Project, as appropriate, project communications such as: a project web site, print, audiovisual and other communications about the Eligible Project as it proceeds. The Recipient will inform the Province of any such promotional communication a minimum of 15 days before it takes place. The Recipient will also ensure appropriate recognition of the Province’s contribution in annual reports, speeches or other opportunities, as appropriate.
(b) The Recipient is solely responsible for operational communications including calls for tender, construction, design, property, emergency and public safety notices.
(c) The Recipient will share information promptly with the Province on significant emerging media and stakeholder issues concerning the Agreement and any Eligible Project. The Province will advise the Recipient, where appropriate, about media inquiries.
(d) The Recipient and the Province reserve the right to refer to the Funding provided in their own separate, and non-OMCC Program specific communications. Each commits to acknowledging the other’s involvement in the OMCC Program.
(e) The Recipient will provide, whenever possible, professional quality audio- visual material about each Eligible Project to the Province to support wider communications about the provincial funding.
Project Promotion. The Grant Recipient hereby authorizes the City to promote the project described in the Grant Application including, without limitation, displaying a sign at the Building during and after construction and performance of the Work identifying participation in the DM Façade Improvement Program and using photographs, illustrations and descriptions relating to the project in the City’s printed promotional materials, press releases and websites.

However, in cases where an activity, project, or program receiving financial assistance is national in scope and includes services to the general public of both linguistic communities, both official languages must be used.
c) The recipient will share information promptly with Canada on significant emerging media issues relating to the project. Canada will advise the recipient, where appropriate, about media inquiries received concerning the project (for example, joint management questions or serious safety matters).
d) Canada, British Columbia and the recipient (where the recipient is not British Columbia) each reserve the right to refer to funding provided under the BCF and the Base Funding Agreement in their own separate, and nonproject specific communications. Each party commits to acknowledge the other party’s involvement in the project.
e) The recipient will provide, whenever possible, professional quality audiovisual material about the project to Canada and/or British Columbia (where British Columbia is not the recipient) to support wider communications about funding under the BCF or the Base Funding Agreement.

Project promotion activities may include conference presentations, webinars, and outreach to other states. A report of project promotion activities must be included in the Annual Report.

Project Promotion. NPS agrees that its staff will actively participate in the project in ways that will promote its success, which may include attending press conferences and other publicity events associated with the project, communicating with the Mayor and other government officials regarding the project, and working to achieve the success of the project.
