Common use of Public or Media Events Clause in Contracts

Public or Media Events. The Recipient agrees to notify the EPA Project Officer listed in this award document of public or media events or news releases publicizing the accomplishments or significant events as a result of this agreement, and provide the opportunity for attendance and participation or a statement by federal representatives with at least fifteen (15) working days’ notice.
