Public Outreach Services x. Xxxxxxxxx shall provide the following services (hereinafter, “Services”) beginning June 15, 2016, and concluding no later than November 1, 2016. The applicable time periods shall be calculated from the date that the City’s representative listed in Section II.14 provides written or verbal notice to Xxxxxxxxx to begin the services (hereinafter, “Start Date”): i. Coordinate with the research firm, Y2 Analytics, to develop a questionnaire and perform related activities and services. ii. Develop a strategic communications plan. iii. Media relations services and activities. iv. Develop messaging related to public information and education for the parks general obligation bond. v. Develop a strategy for digital and print media design. vi. Coordinate and facilitate message and media training with the mayor, city council, and city administration. vii. Manage community presentations and events. viii. Develop a strategy for stakeholder relations. x. Xxxxxxxxx may provide the following optional services by request of the City. i. Develop a dedicated microsite or webpage. ii. Develop a digital media strategy. iii. Prepare a social medial communications plan. iv. Develop fact sheets, brochures, and a voter pamphlet. v. Develop signage and banners. vi. Prepare presentation materials and slide shows. x. Xxxxxxxxx shall be responsible for the manner of performance and completion of its performance of this Agreement. Xxxxxxxxx shall perform its obligations required by this Agreement in a manner consistent with applicable professional and technical standards for public relations and public outreach of the nature contemplated by this Agreement, and shall ensure that the implementation thereof is also performed in an applicable professional, technical, and xxxxxxx-like manner. Xxxxxxxxx shall revise any defect in its performance at no additional cost to the City. Upon request by the City, Xxxxxxxxx must be able to summarize and concisely report pertinent information associated with this Agreement and the performance thereof to the City in a timely manner. Xxxxxxxxx shall not make any alterations or variations in or additions to, or omissions from, its duties and obligations contemplated by this Agreement without the prior written consent of the City. Public Outreach Services. CONTRACTOR, at its own expense, shall prepare, submit and implement an annual (Agreement Year) Public Outreach Plan that incorporates key features of CONTRACTOR’s Diversion Plan (Exhibit 2) and Public Outreach Plan (Exhibit 4). The proposed annual plan must be submitted annually for CITY approval no later than February 1, 2019, and no later than April 30th each Agreement Year thereafter as part of CONTRACTOR’S annual report to CITY. CITY shall review and approve such plan in its reasonable discretion and within ten business days of receipt of the draft plan and any revised plan from CONTRACTOR. CITY’s failure to provide comments to CONTRACTOR within this time period shall be deemed approval by CITY. The program must include specific steps designed to increase diversion and participation, for CITY’s residents, businesses and public schools, and may include billing inserts, newsletters, participation at public events, and sponsorship of Earth Day activities. Public outreach campaigns should target certain diverted materials or areas of CONTRACTOR’S service area within the City where improvements can be maximized. Targets of outreach should be based on local trends and recycling patterns based on information obtained by both the CITY and CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall provide space in CONTRACTOR’S public outreach materials, such as mailers, flyers and newsletters, for CITY to include announcements, community information, articles, and photographs. Public school outreach shall correspond with the school year and should target student, faculty and staff participation in the diversion of Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.
