Additional Public Outreach Programs and Services. Contractor shall provide additional Public Outreach Programs and Services as requested by City at a price to be mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the City within the City Manager’s contract signing authority. In the event the Contractor and the City cannot reach a mutually agreed upon price for the requested service or program, City shall have the right to procure the service of other vendors or contractors to provide the requested service.
