Annual Collection Service Notice. Each Agreement Year during the term of this 14 Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall publish and distribute separate notices to all SFD Service 15 Units regarding the SFD Collection Service programs, to all MFD Service Units regarding MFD 16 Collection Service programs and to all Commercial Service Units regarding Commercial 17 Collection Service programs. To the extent appropriate, based on the category of the Service 18 Recipient receiving the notice, it shall contain at a minimum: definitions of the materials to be 19 collected, procedures for setting out the materials, Collection and disposal options for 20 unacceptable materials, and the CONTRACTOR customer service phone number. The notice 21 shall be provided in English, and other languages as directed by the CITY, and shall be 22 distributed by the CONTRACTOR no later than November 1 of each Agreement Year.
Annual Collection Service Notice. 16 Each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, CITY may 17 publish and CONTRACTOR shall distribute, or contribute financially at a 18 proportional rate to the distribution of, a notice to all SFD Service Units regarding 19 the SFD Recycling Collection Services programs. At the CITY’s option, the 20 notice may include a description of the materials to be collected; procedures for 21 setting out the materials; maps of the Service Districts indicating the days for 22 SFD Recycling Collection Service, SFD Used Oil Collection Service, and the 23 CITY customer service phone number. The notice shall be provided in English, 24 Spanish, Vietnamese, and other languages as reasonably directed by the City 25 Representative and shall be distributed by CONTRACTOR no later than 26 November 1 of each calendar year.

At the CITY’s option, 22 the notice shall contain at a minimum a description of the materials to be collected; 23 procedures for setting out the materials; maps of the Service Districts indicating the 24 days for SFD Solid Waste Collection Service; and the customer service phone number.

To the extent appropriate, based 1104 on the category of customer receiving the notice, it shall contain at a minimum; definitions of the 1105 materials to be Collected, procedures for setting out the materials, maps of the Service Area 1106 indicating the day that Solid Waste Collection Services, Bulky Wastes Collection Service, 1107 Recycling Service, and Organic Waste Collection Service will be provided, and the CITY 1108 customer service phone number. The notice shall be provided in English, and other languages 1109 as directed by the CITY, and shall be distributed by the CONTRACTOR no later than March 1, 1110 2009 during the first year of the Agreement, and no later than February 1st annually thereafter.

Company shall periodically prepare and distribute at least twice annually, subject to direction from the District Manager-Engineer, separate notices to all SFD Service Units regarding the SFD Collection Service, to all MFD Service Units regarding MFD Collect Service, and to all Commercial Service Units regarding Commercial Collection Service. To the extent appropriate, based on the category of customer receiving the notice, it shall contain at a minimum: definitions of the materials to be collected, procedures for setting out the materials, collection and disposal options for unacceptable materials such as Hazardous Waste, maps of the Service Area indicating the day of the week that Collection Service will be provided, and the Company customer service phone number and website address. The notice shall also inform customers of recycling and waste diversion opportunities and goals, emphasizing Zero Waste as well as AB 32, and explain use of recycling and waste diversion services offered by Company and other specific information that will assist in the efficient collection of garbage, organic waste, and recyclable materials. The notice shall be provided in English, and other languages as reasonably directed by the District, and shall be distributed by the Company no later than November 1st each Agreement Year.

Each Agreement Year from October 1938 1939 1st to September 30th during the term of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall publish and distribute separate notices to Service Recipients. 1940 26.01.3.1 Based on the category of Service Recipient receiving the 1941 notice, it shall contain at a minimum: definitions of the materials to be collected; procedures for 1942 setting out the materials; maps of the Service Area indicating the day that Garbage Collection 1943 Services, Large Items Collection Service, Recycling Collection Service, and Organics Collection 1944 Service will be provided; and the TOWN customer service phone number. 1945 26.01.3.2 The notice shall be provided in English, and other languages 1946 as directed by the TOWN, and shall be distributed by CONTRACTOR no later than October 1, 1947 2017 during the first year of the Agreement, and no later than October 1st annually thereafter. 1948 26.02 School Recycling Program. CONTRACTOR shall, at its own expensive, develop 1949 and maintain a school recycling program as part of the Education and Outreach Program for all 1950 public schools within the Town Service Area. 1951 26.02.1 The school recycling program shall include, but is not limited to, 1952 creating and distributing education and outreach materials, participation in school assemblies, 1953 right-sizing outdoor containers, providing indoor container roll-out services, sponsorship or 1954 environmentally related field trips, worm composting activities, internships and other strategies to 1955 assist the TOWN in meeting its diversion goals. CONTRACTOR shall reach out and offer similar 1956 services to any K-12 private schools within the Service Area.
Annual Collection Service Notice. Each Agreement Year the Contractor shall publish and distribute notices to all Service Units regarding the types of services available. The notice can be in the form of a separate mailer, one of the quarterly newsletters distributed by Contractor, or as a billing insert. To the extent appropriate, based on the category of customer receiving the notice, it shall contain at a minimum: definitions of the materials to be collected, procedures for setting out the materials, collection and disposal options for unacceptable materials such as Hazardous Waste, and the Contractor customer service phone number and website address. The notice shall be provided in English, and in Spanish if requested by City, and shall be distributed by the Contractor each Year.
Annual Collection Service Notice. Starting in 2012, and annually thereafter, 2401 during the term of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall publish and distribute separate 2402 notices to all SFD Customers regarding the SFD Collection Service programs, to all MFD 2403 Customers regarding MFD Collection Service programs and to all Commercial Customers 2404 regarding Commercial Collection Service programs. To the extent appropriate, based on the 2405 category of Customer receiving the notice, said notice shall contain at a minimum; definitions of 2406 the materials to be Collected, procedures for setting out the materials, maps of the Service Area 2407 indicating the day that Solid Waste Collection Service, Recyclables Collection Service, including 2408 Waste Oil Collection Service, and Compostable Materials Collection Service will be provided, 2409 the availability of Bulky Goods Service and Construction and Demolition Debris Collection 2410 Service and the CONTRACTOR customer service phone number. Unless CONTRACTOR is 2411 notified by CITY the notice shall be provided in English, and shall be distributed by 2412 CONTRACTOR no later than January 1, of each year during the term of the Agreement. If 2413 requested by City, CONTRACTOR shall also provide the notice in Spanish, and provide CITY 2414 with a camera-ready copy.
