Common use of Public Reports Clause in Contracts

Public Reports. Promptly after the same become publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials filed by any Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any Governmental Authority succeeding to any or all of the functions of said Commission, or with any national securities exchange, or distributed to holders of its Indebtedness pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may be;

Public Reports. Promptly after the same become publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials filed by any Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any Governmental Authority succeeding to any or all of the functions of said Commission, or with any national securities exchange, or distributed to holders of its Indebtedness pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may be;

Public Reports. Promptly after the same become publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials and documents filed by the Borrower or any Company Subsidiary with the Securities and Exchange CommissionSEC, or any Governmental Authority succeeding to any or all of the functions of said Commissionthe SEC, or with any national securities exchange, or distributed by the Borrower to its shareholders generally, or to holders of its Indebtedness pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may be;.

Promptly after the same become publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials filed by any Company the Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any analogous Governmental Authority succeeding with jurisdiction over matters relating to any or all of the functions of said Commission, or with any national securities exchangesecurities, or distributed by the Borrower to holders of its Indebtedness pursuant to shareholders generally, other than any Securities and Exchange Commission Form 4 filed by the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness (Borrower or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may beSubsidiary;
