Rights of Supervisors. Any teacher who shall be transferred to a supervisory or an executive position and shall later return to a teacher status shall be entitled to retain such rights as he may have under this Agreement.

Recognition and Rights of Stewards (a) The Employer recognizes the Union's right to select stewards to represent employees. The Employer and the Union will agree on the number of stewards, taking into account both operational and geographic considerations.
RIGHTS OF THE UNION Section 4.1. The Union has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the unit; to present its views to the District on matters of concern, either orally or in writing; and to enter collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the bargaining unit.
Rights of Others I understand that the Company is now and may hereafter be subject to non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements with third persons which require the Company to protect or refrain from use of proprietary information. VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS Section 1. The following procedures will be followed in the posting and filling of vacant or newly created permanent positions. The purpose of this system is to inform employees of vacancies and newly created positions and to afford employees who are interested and who feel they qualify an equal opportunity to apply for the vacant or newly created position. It is understood that newly hired employees and employees on a leave of absence for any reason may not have the same period of notice as other employees concerning position vacancies.
