Common use of Public Service Awards Clause in Contracts

Public Service Awards. ‌ A Public Service Award shall be granted to a regular employee who retires because of age or medical reasons and such award shall be equal to one (1) week's pay for each year of full-time service to a maximum of twenty-six (26) weeks. The amount of the one (1) week's pay used to determine the Public Service Award granted under Article 22.02 (a) shall be calculated by the formula:
