Common use of Public Service Uses Clause in Contracts

Public Service Uses. Repeats on Core, National and World Services Two transmissions/cycles engagement fees acquire the second transmission/cycle in the originating service. If the second transmission/cycle is not in the originating service the appropriate repeat fee is payable. A transmission cycle in the World Service shall mean unlimited transmissions within an eight day period with the intention of enabling the programme to be heard throughout the world. All fees below allow programmes to be made available as per paragraph 105.
