When FTA directs it to do so, the Recipient agrees to develop a Public Transportation Safety Plan that:that complies with federal transit laws, specifically 49 U.S.C. § 5329, and other federal laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to the Recipient or its Award, the accompanying Underlying Agreement, and any Amendments thereto, and is consistent with any federal guidance that may be issued that implements 49 U.S.C. § 5329.
