Common use of Public Transportation Enhancements Clause in Contracts

Public Transportation Enhancements. If the Recipient serves an urbanized area with a population of 200,000 or more, the Recipient agrees to spend each fiscal year at least one (1) percent of its Federal assistance authorized under 49 U.S.C. § 5307 for public transportation enhancements as defined at 49 U.S.C. § 5302(a), and submit an annual report listing the projects carried out in the preceding fiscal year with that Federal assistance.
