Publication of Documents and Data. CONSULTANT shall not publish, or disclose to any third party, documents, data, or any confidential information relative to the work of the COUNTY without the prior written consent of COUNTY, however, submission or distribution to meet official regulatory requirements, or for other purposes authorized by this Agreement, shall not be construed as publication in derogation of the rights of either the COUNTY or CONSULTANT.
