Common use of Publication of Procurement Information Clause in Contracts

Publication of Procurement Information. 1. Each Party shall promptly publish any measure of general application regarding covered procurement and any modification to this information, in the appropriate publications referred to in Appendix 2 of Annex XX (General Notes), including officially designated electronic media. 2. Each Party shall, on request, provide to another Party an explanation relating to such information.

Each Party shall, on request, provide respond to another an inquiry from the other Party an explanation relating to such informationthe information referred to in paragraph 1.
