Common use of Publication, Reproduction and Use of Material Clause in Contracts

Publication, Reproduction and Use of Material. No material produced, in whole or in part, under this Agreement shall be subject to copyright in the United States or in any other Country. The County shall have unrestricted authority to publish, disclose, distribute, and otherwise use, in whole or in part, any reports, data or other materials prepared under this Agreement.
