Common use of Publicita Clause in Contracts

Publicita. No party shall use the name of another party (or the name of Sponsor or any division or affiliated companies) for promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the party whose name is proposed to be used. Except for Public Presentations under Article 10, no news release, publicity or other public announcement, either written or oral, regarding this Agreement or performance hereunder or results arising from the Study, shall be made by Institution or Principal Investigator without the prior written approval of Sponsor.
