Common use of PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA Clause in Contracts

PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. 15 COUNTY owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of COUNTY. The use 16 and/or reproduction of COUNTY's name, logos, or symbols for any purpose, including 17 commercial advertisement, promotional purposes, announcements, displays, or press releases, 18 without COUNTY's prior written consent is expressly prohibited. 19 CONTRACTOR may develop and publish information related to this Agreement 20 where all of the following conditions are satisfied:
