The normal hours of work for full-time employees shall be seven (7) hours a day and thirty-five (35) hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m., Monday throughSaturday. The normal hours of work for part-time employees may be up to seven (7) hours a day. For the purposes of scheduling additional/replacement hours, hours of work for part-time employees and full-time employees regularly working less than 35 hours per week, may be up to eight (8) hours in a day without incurring overtime.
