Publisher Share. Licensor shall own, control, and administer one-hundred percent (100%) of the so- called “Publisher’s Share” of the underlying composition. In the event that Licensee wishes to register his/her interests and rights to the underlying composition of the Final Track with their Performing Rights Organization (“PRO”), Licensee must simultaneously identify and register the Licensor’s share and ownership interest in the composition to indicate that Licensor wrote and owns 50% of the composition in the Final Track and as the owner of 100% of the Publisher’s share of the Final Track.

  • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.
