Pumping Unit Vibration. Completed pumping unit (pump and motor) shall receive a final field trim balance, as may be required, and vibration of unit shall not exceed 0.0025 inches, peak to peak amplitude when operating. Contractor shall field measure vibration with a suitable calibrated instrument and all measurements shall be witnessed by District. Vibration shall be measured at motor thrust bearing housing and at any other locations on pumping unit as directed by District.
