Nameplates. Lessee shall attach or cause to be attached to the Airframe in a location reasonably adjacent to and not less prominent than the airworthiness certificate for the Aircraft, and to each Engine, fireproof nameplates in a form reasonably specified by Lessor which shall evidence the ownership interest of Lessor (and, as directed by Lessor, the security interest of Lessor’s Lender, as applicable). Lessee shall keep and maintain all such nameplates plainly, permanently and conspicuously on the Airframe and Engines throughout the Term.
Nameplates. A notification that the nameplates on the airframe/engines need to be changed to identify the new Security Trustee.
Nameplates. The Lessee agrees that it shall, as soon as reasonably practicable but in any case no later than ninety (90) days after the Effective Time, replace the fireproof plates currently on the Airframe and Engines with those bearing the text set out below (and the New Lessor and the Lessee agree that with effect from the Effective Time the text for the plates specified in Clause [ ] of the [Lease Agreement][Common Terms Agreement] shall be deleted and replaced with the text set out below): "This [Aircraft/Engine] is owned by [insert name of New Lessor] ("Lessor") [and mortgaged in favour of [•]], and is leased to [insert name of Xxxxxx] and may not be or remain in possession of, or be operated by, any other person without the prior written consent of Lessor".7 The [New][Existing] Lessor shall, upon receipt of an invoice therefor, reimburse the Lessee for the reasonable costs actually incurred by the Lessee to replace the fireproof plates pursuant to this Clause 3.4.

Nameplates. Any nameplate or other form of identification (including serial number) which Seller has affixed to or marked upon any of the Products may not be removed by Buyer without Seller’s written consent.
Nameplates. Nameplates, easy to read and corrosion resistant, shall be provided with each motor and said nameplates shall include the following information:
1. Motor Data Nameplate - Manufacturer, serial number, model number, rated horsepower, service factor, frequency, phase, load voltage, full load current, full load speed, design designation, locked rotor-code, insulation class, temperature rise, ambient temperature, thermal sensor setting, NEMA nominal efficiency, guaranteed minimum efficiency, and full load power factor.
Nameplates. If an Enforcement Event has occurred and is continuing, each Chargor shall take any action which the Lender may reasonably require to evidence the interest of the Lender in any of its plant and machinery having a value which exceeds USD 25,000; this includes fixing a nameplate on its plant and machinery in a prominent position stating that:
(A) the plant and machinery is charged in favour of the Lender; and
(B) the plant and machinery must not be disposed of without the prior consent of the Lender.
Nameplates. 1. All equipment, panels, boxes and associated equipment shall be clearly labeled with engraved phenolic nameplates. Contractor shall submit the proposed nameplates with desired labeling for approval prior to installation.
2. Signs shall be weather-proof, corrosion-proof, UV-stabilized and fade-resistant and shall have a twenty-five year design life. Signs shall be attached using non-corrosive materials throughout suitable for a minimum of twenty-five year service life in the placement location, Any degrading signage, or failing attachment mechanisms, will be subject to warranty replacement at Subcontractor’s expense
3. Install engraved signs as above for instruction or warning identifying that the Project is operational on the premises at appropriate locations and that there are potentially multiple power sources on the premises.
4. Provide identification of all DC power circuits on switches and clearly identify individual module strings in DC combiner boxes. Use appropriate wire color-codes (e.g., red and black) for positive and negative circuits.
5. Modules must include serial numbers or serial number bin codes in such a position as to be easily visible when installed.
6. Signage will include signage called out in article 690 of the 2008 NEC and, where not overridden by the 2011 NEC or by applicable local law, the State Office of the State Fire Xxxxxxxx Solar Photovoltaic Installation Guideline (if applicable).
7. No signs or nameplates will be posted on the Project except for those required by the 2011 NEC, or any authorities having jurisdiction.
8. Signage will include signage called out in article 690 of the 2011 NEC and the CA Fire Xxxxxxxx Draft PV Specifications.
Nameplates. Lessee shall keep and maintain all such nameplates plainly, permanently and conspicuously on the Airframe and Engines throughout the Term.
Nameplates. Each shunt reactor shall have a noncorrosive, nonmagnetic, stainless steel nameplate permanently attached which shall show, as a minimum, the data specified in ANSI C57.21. Adhesive type nameplates and labels are not acceptable.
