Purchase Money Debt and Capitalized Lease. Obligations incurred to acquire property in the ordinary course of business in an aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed, together with all other Debt outstanding under this clause (4), at the time of any such incurrence and after giving pro forma effect thereto, 7.5% of the consolidated tangible assets of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the end of the most recent fiscal quarter for which consolidated financial statements are available ending on or prior to the date of determination;
