Purchase of Equipment; Maintenance and Repair; Title upon Termination. GRANTEE shall not give any security interest, lien or otherwise encumber any item of equipment purchased with contract funds. GRANTEE shall permanently identify all equipment purchased under this Grant Contract by appropriate tags or labels affixed to the equipment. GRANTEE shall maintain a current inventory of all equipment, which shall be available to the OAG at all times upon request; however, as between the OAG and GRANTEE title for equipment will remain with GRANTEE.
