Purchase of Equipment/Supplies. The teacher organizations will have the right to purchase equipment, supplies and other materials from the District warehouse or the District’s suppliers at the price paid by the District if the vendor will provide such rates.

  • Purchase of Equipment For any equipment purchased in whole or in part with Grant Funds, if Grantor determines that Grantee has not met the conditions of 2 CFR 200.439, the costs for such equipment will be disallowed. Grantor shall notify Grantee in writing that the purchase of equipment is disallowed.

  • Rented Equipment Payment for required equipment rented from an outside company that is neither an affiliate of, nor a subsidiary of, the Design-Builder will be based on receipted invoices which shall not exceed rates given in the current edition of the Rental Rate Blue Book for Construction Equipment published by Data Quest. If actual rental rates exceed manual rates, written justification shall be furnished to the Contracting Officer for consideration. No additional allowance will be made for overhead and profit. The Design-Builder shall submit written certification to the Contracting Officer that any required rented equipment is neither owned by nor rented from the Design- Builder or an affiliate of or subsidiary of the Design-Builder.

  • Delivery of Equipment (a) We will try to deliver Equipment to you on the delivery date (Delivery Date) and at the address (Site) indicated on your Application during normal business hours in that area.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way.
