Purchase of Vehicle. The Parties agree to jointly purchase the Vehicle from Terradyne Armored Vehicles, Inc. (“Seller”) at the total cost of approximately $300,000 per quote dated, June 2, 2019 (Exhibit B). Homefield Energy is an independent seller of power and energy service certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC Docket No. 14-0015). The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement have been the subject of negotiations between Homefield Energy and City of Bloomington.
