Purchase Undertaking. 2.1 The Customer unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to purchase the Bank’s Musharaka Units, or any part thereof immediately on any of the following:
Purchase Undertaking. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Graphic hereby agrees to purchase all of Graphic’s and its Affiliates’ requirements for recycle paperboard within the European Union, during the term of this Agreement from the Company.
