Purchased Asset Information. Seller shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to Buyer (A) no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, any property level financial information (including, without limitation, operating and financial statements) with respect to the Purchased Assets that was received from the related Mortgagor in accordance with the related Purchased Asset Documents during the preceding calendar month and is in the possession of Seller or an Affiliate, including, without limitation, rent rolls, income statements and STR reports, in each case, if applicable; and (B) promptly upon request, such other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be reasonably requested by Buyer from time to time and to the extent available to Seller.
Purchased Asset Information. (A) Promptly after receipt by Seller, but no less frequently than once per calendar month, copies of property level information made available to Seller and all other required reports, rent rolls, financial statements, certificates and notices (including, without limitation, any notice of the occurrence of a default or an event of default under the Purchased Asset Documents) it receives pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to any Purchased Asset and (B) any other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be requested by Purchaser from time to time.
Purchased Asset Information. The information set forth in the Diligence Materials, the Purchased Asset Schedule and the Purchased Asset Information is complete, true and correct in all material respects.
Purchased Asset Information. (A) Within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof, copies of property level information made available to Seller and all other required reports, rent rolls, financial statements (including, without limitation, cash flow statements), certificates and notices (including, without limitation, any notice of the occurrence of a default or an event of default under the Purchased Asset Documents) it receives pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to any Purchased Asset and (B) any other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be requested by Purchaser from time to time.
Purchased Asset Information. Within two (2) business days after receipt thereof, copies of property level information made available to Seller and all other required reports, rent rolls, financial statements, certificates and notices it receives pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to each Purchased Asset;
Purchased Asset Information. Without limiting any of Seller’s other obligations under this Agreement (including, without limitation, any other notice requirements under this Article 11), Seller shall grant Purchaser access to a data room on Seller’s website (or any website provided by or on behalf of Seller), which data room shall be updated monthly (by no later than the 10th calendar day of each calendar month) to include copies of all amendments to any Purchased Asset Document and any required reports, operating statements, rent rolls, financial statements, certificates and notices it receives (or Guarantor or Servicer receives) pursuant to any Purchased Asset Document relating to any Purchased Asset;
Purchased Asset Information. (A) Within fifteen (15) calendar days after each month end, copies of property level information received by Seller (including all required reports, rent rolls, financial statements, certificates and notices (including, without limitation, any notice of the occurrence of a default or an event of default under the Purchased Asset Documents)) pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to any Purchased Asset and (B) within two (2) Business Days, any other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be requested by Purchaser from time to time that is in possession of Seller or that is obtainable by Seller with exercise of commercially reasonable efforts.
Purchased Asset Information. (A) No later than the 15th day of each month, copies of property level information and all other required reports, rent rolls, financial statements and certificates received by each Seller during the preceding calendar month pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to any Purchased Asset and (B) promptly upon request by Purchaser, any other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be in any Seller’s possession or is available to any Seller;
