Common use of Purchased Services Clause in Contracts

Purchased Services. In those cases where the skills of the Purchased Services are the same 22 as those currently subject to reduction in force of Boeing direct labor within a Major Organization, 23 the Company will, consistent with its contractual requirements to the Purchased Services firm, 24 consider reducing or eliminating the services of the firm and discuss the decision and rationale 25 with the Union at the next Joint Workforce Committee meeting.

Purchased Services. In those cases where the skills of the Purchased Services are 16 the same 22 as those currently subject to reduction in force of Boeing direct labor within a Major 17 Organization, 23 the Company will, consistent with its contractual requirements to the Purchased 18 Services firm, 24 consider reducing or eliminating the services of the firm and discuss the decision 19 and rationale 25 with the Union at the next Joint Workforce Committee meeting.
