Repair and Replacement Subject to obtaining prior written permission of the Authority and any instructions/specifications issued by the Authority, the Operator may if need so arises, replace or install any equipment or accessory for beyond the specifications inside or on the outside of the Contracted Buses. In the event the Operator replaces or installs any equipment or accessory in accordance with this provision, it shall ensure that such additional equipment or accessory is compatible with the existing bus components, parts, software, accessories, or equipment.
Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Subject to the provisions of Article 10.00 and payment by the Tenant of Rent, the Landlord shall operate, maintain, repair and replace the systems, facilities and equipment necessary for the proper operation of the Project and for provision of the Landlord's Services set out in Section 6.02 (except as may be installed by or be the property of the Tenant) and shall maintain and repair the foundations, structure and roof of the Building and repair damage to the Building which the Landlord is obligated to insure against under Article 9.00, provided that:
SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS 23.1 During the term of this Contract, Seller will fulfill Buyer's and Customer’s service and replacement parts requirements at the then current production price(s) under this Contract. If the Products are systems or modules, Seller will sell the components or parts that comprise the system or module at price(s) that will not, in the aggregate, exceed the price of the system or module less assembly costs.

Delivery of replacements Subject to receipt of sufficient Temporary Global Notes, Permanent Global Notes, Definitive Notes, Coupons, Global Registered Notes and Individual Note Certificates in accordance with Clause 4.9 (Duties of Fiscal Agent, Registrar and Replacement Agent), the Replacement Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions (which instructions may, without limitation, include terms as to the payment of expenses and as to evidence, security and indemnity) of the Issuer but not otherwise, authenticate (if necessary) and deliver a Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate as the case may be, as a replacement for any of the same which has been mutilated or defaced or which has or has been alleged to have been destroyed, stolen or lost provided, however, that:
Emergency Replacement SAP may replace a Subprocessor without advance notice where the reason for the change is outside of SAP’s reasonable control and prompt replacement is required for security or other urgent reasons. In this case, SAP will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible following its appointment. Section 6.3 applies accordingly.
Maintenance, Alteration and Repair (a) Resident is responsible for and agrees to take good care of the premises, fixtures and all common areas. Resident may not remove any of Owner’s property and will not perform any repairs, upgrades, painting, wallpapering, electric changes or other alterations of the premises without prior written consent from Owner. Resident will be responsible for damage from waste stoppages caused by foreign or improper objects or improper use in lines serving bathrooms, damage to fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, screens, damage from water faucets left on or from doors left open, and repairs or replacements to alarm devices necessitated by misuse or damage by Resident and/or guests. Extraordinary appliances or furnishings such as satellite dishes, hot tubs, pool tables, water beds or high utility-consuming devices may not be installed or placed on the premises or anywhere at the Property without Owner’s prior written consent, in its sole discretion. REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY (A) An employee, while on duty and acting within the scope of employment, who suffers damage or destruction of the employee’s watch or prescription glasses, or other items of personal property as have been given prior approval by the agency as required to adequately perform the duties of the position, will be reimbursed as provided herein.
Service and Repairs We will make reasonable efforts to maintain our cable system and respond to service calls in a timely manner. We will repair damage to Equipment, or interruption of Service, due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to Equipment caused by intentional or negligent misuse is your sole responsibility and you must pay us for the cost of repair or replacement.
Provision and Removal of Equipment B2.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the supply of the Services.
