4. Contractor shall submit invoices to the State in accordance with the schedule set forth in this Attachment B. Unless a more particular schedule is provided herein, invoices shall be rendered by submitted not more frequently than monthly.
5. Invoices shall be submitted to the Contractor on the vendor's Contractor’s standard billhead and forwarded directly to the institution or agency ordering materials or services and shall specify the address to which payments will be sent.
