Pure Perks Redemption Orders. Pure Perks is a Preferred Customer recurring order program. You will immediately begin earning product credits when your first Pure Perks order ships. The longer you participate in the program, the more credits you can earn. A Pure Perks order must total at least $60 in an individual order to earn credit rewards and advance Pure Perks Rewards Levels. To maintain at a Pure Perks Rewards Level and previously accrued Credit Rewards, a Pure Perks order must total at least $30 in an individual order. Reward Credits can be redeemed 65 days from date of enrollment in the Program and only be used to purchase products from the Pure Perks Redemption Catalog. You can only accumulate a maximum of 200 points per calendar month. The maximum credit redemption is 100 points per calendar month. Pure Perks credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable. Products purchased with Pure Perks Credits are not for resale and cannot be returned for refunds or credits. Pure Perks Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue. If you choose to cancel your enrollment in the Pure Perks Program, any accrued credits will be immediately cancelled. It is the Advisor and/or Customer’s responsibility to correct, update payment information that is maintained on your recurring order. Failure to successfully process payment in 3 attempts will automatically deactivate your order and cancel your enrollment. This will cancel any accrued credits and current Reward Level Status.

  • Termination – Orderly After receipt of a termination notice from the County of Orange, the Contractor may submit to the County a termination claim, if applicable. Such claim shall be submitted promptly, but in no event later than 60 days from the effective date of the termination, unless one or more extensions in writing are granted by the County upon written request of the Contractor. Upon termination County agrees to pay the Contractor for all services performed prior to termination which meet the requirements of the Contract, provided, however, that such compensation combined with previously paid compensation shall not exceed the total compensation set forth in the Contract. Upon termination or other expiration of this Contract, each party shall promptly return to the other party all papers, materials, and other properties of the other held by each for purposes of performance of the Contract.

  • Confirmation Order The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Confirmation Order, and such Order shall be a Final Order.

  • PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS FOR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS H-GAC’s contractual requirements DO NOT include a Performance & Payment Bond (PPB); therefore, Contractor shall offer pricing that reflects this cost savings. Contractor shall remain prepared to offer a PPB to cover any order if so requested by the END USER. Contractor shall quote a price to END USER for provision of any requested PPB, and agrees to furnish the PPB within ten business (10) days of receipt of END USER's purchase order.

  • Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.

  • Termination of an Order Form for Convenience Except as otherwise agreed in an Order Form, each Order Form (excluding fixed-price Services and excluding subscription or monthly reoccurring Services) may be terminated by either party subject to thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party.

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

  • Funding Restrictions and Order Quantities The Agency reserves the right to reduce or increase estimated or actual quantities in whatever amount necessary without prejudice or liability to the Agency, if:

  • Task Order Funding Restrictions No unfunded TOs are allowed; TOs may be incrementally funded in accordance with FAR and other agency funding restrictions. The Contracting Officer for each order is responsible for closing out the contract action that they issue.   • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
