Purpose and Mandate. The purpose of the JVC shall be to enhance economic cooperation and technical exchange, to use advanced technology and scientific management methods, and to endeavour to produce high quality graphite products to the international market in compliance with the ISO-9002 standard and in accordance with the schedule set by the Board of Directors, so as to permit the Parties to achieve satisfactory economic benefits and investment returns, all on the basis, of the principles of fairness, legality, quality and mutual benefit.
