Common use of PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF BENCHMARK REVIEW Clause in Contracts

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF BENCHMARK REVIEW. 3.1 The purpose of a Benchmark Review will be to establish whether a Benchmarked Service is, and/or the Benchmarked Services as a whole are, Good Value. 3.2 The Services that are to be the Benchmarked Services will be identified by HSBC in the written request submitted to the Supplier under paragraph 2.1 above.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF BENCHMARK REVIEW. 3.1 2.2.1 The purpose of a Benchmark Review will be to establish whether a Benchmarked Service is, is and/or the Benchmarked Services as a whole are, Good Value. 3.2 2.2.2 The Services that are to be the Benchmarked Services benchmarked will be identified by HSBC in the Authority. 2.2.3 The Authority shall appoint the Benchmarker to carry out the Benchmark Review. 2.2.4 The Authority will, at the written request submitted to of the Supplier under paragraph 2.1 aboverequire the Benchmarker to enter into an appropriate confidentiality undertaking with the Supplier. 2.2.5 Each party shall bear its own internal costs of the Benchmark Review.
