Coronavirus. Members will train staff and monitor and enforce policy implementation and agree to comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and mandates. Because businesses operate in a myriad of ways, each TBMP member can tailor the plan and implementation to its specific operations. At a minimum, businesses pledge to ensure that:
Coronavirus. The Tenant must comply, and ensure that all other tenants, guests and visitors to the Property comply, with any and all laws, regulations, rules, restrictions or guidance issued from time to time by the Government, any public or local authority or the Tenant’s College or University that apply to the Tenant or to the Property.
Coronavirus. All worksite training shall be provided at no cost to the interns and during working hours. The training materials shall be presented in the language and at the literacy level of the interns. There shall also be weekly refreshers on policies. Adhere to the provisions of Child Labor Laws and Department of Labor Wage and Workplace Regulations, and OSHA regulations. Always ensure safe and a healthy work environment. Clearly communicate worksite expectations and responsibilities to all interns. Identify an alternative supervisor responsible for coverage when the immediate supervisor is unavailable. Immediately notify the Employer of Record of any and all work-related accidents or injuries. Call or text 911 in case of serious or life-threatening emergencies. Immediately notify the Employer of Record of any work-related issues with the employee such as: no call/no show, behavioral problems, any other issues that may impede the employee’s success on the job or employer satisfaction. Keep a copy of each intern’s emergency contact information onsite and coordinate an emergency contact plan with the Employer of Record. Maintain daily attendance records for all interns and submit weekly timesheets to the Employer of Record Provide adequate and appropriate supervision of interns including an orientation, coaching and workplace evaluation. Provide adequate and appropriate onboarding of interns to ensure that they meet other jobsite staff, become familiar with kitchen/restroom/common areas and become comfortable with their environment. Include interns in any relevant meetings, activities, or events at the worksite. Provide meaningful and productive work consistent with the position’s job description. Cooperate with worksite monitoring conducted by the Employer of Record, State of CT, and Capital Workforce Partners.
Coronavirus. Adverse effect of coronavirus
15.7.1 The parties acknowledge that, as at the date of this agreement, there is a coronavirus epidemic which may have an adverse effect on the ability of Supplier to perform its obligations under this agreement, in circumstances which are outside Supplier's control. The purpose of this clause is to explain what it to happen in that event. Reference to coronavirus in this clause includes reference to:
(a) COVID-19, any variant of COVID-19, and any other epidemic virus or other disease which affects the population of the UK generally during the term of this agreement;
(b) Any legislation, regulation or government notice or guidance with which Supplier is required or recommended by the government or any relevant regulatory body to comply in respect of COVID- 19 or other virus or disease. Supplier’s obligations adversely affected by coronavirus
15.7.2 If, as a result of coronavirus and in circumstances which are outside the control of Supplier, the performance by Supplier of any of its obligations under this agreement is (or is likely to be) prevented or delayed then:
(a) Supplier must notify Engine Transformation immediately it becomes aware that this is (or is likely to become) the case.
(b) Supplier must take all reasonable steps to overcome or mitigate the adverse effects of coronavirus on the performance of Supplier's obligations.
(c) Provided that the circumstances are outside Supplier’s control and that Supplier has complied with its obligations under clause 15.7.2(b), Supplier will not be liable for any breach of this agreement arising from performance of its obligations being prevented or delayed.
(d) If the period during which the Supplier is prevented or delayed from performing its obligations extends to 7 days following the date on which the delay started, then from that point until the Supplier notifies Engine Transformation that performance of the Supplier’s obligations is no longer prevented or delayed (assuming that to be true), Engine Transformation may terminate this agreement immediately by notice to the Supplier.
Coronavirus. The young person must inform the Support Staff, Personal Adviser or Social Worker if they are affected by the Coronavirus or if they have been in touch with anyone who is showing symptoms. At all times the young person must wash hands regularly, use hand sanitiser gel provided and keep their social distance. The young person will need to wear a mask when coming out of the bedroom. In the event of a young person being Covid-19 positive, the young person will be expected to isolate in their own bedroom. The young person will be provided with necessary support by the Support Staff. The young person must inform staff of their whereabouts so that their safety and wellbeing can be ensured. Young people are expected to be back at the Beehive by 11.00pm. If a young person is staying out late at night they must inform the Concierge and agree arrangements of when they are planning to return to The Beehive. If a young person is wishing to sleep at another place, they should seek permission from their Social Worker and notify the Personal Adviser and Support Staff who can then inform the Concierge of such arrangements. If the Concierge is not notified about the young person returning overnight, the police may have to be informed and the young person reported as missing from home. The young person is expected to understand these measures are taken to ensure their safety and The Beehive Project would like to make sure they are safe whilst living at The Beehive.
