Coronavirus. Members will train staff and monitor and enforce policy implementation and agree to comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and mandates. Because businesses operate in a myriad of ways, each TBMP member can tailor the plan and implementation to its specific operations. At a minimum, businesses pledge to ensure that:
Coronavirus. All worksite training shall be provided at no cost to the interns and during working hours. The training materials shall be presented in the language and at the literacy level of the interns. There shall also be weekly refreshers on policies. Immediately notify the Employer of Record of any work-related issues with the employee such as: no call/no show, behavioral problems, any other issues that may impede the employee’s success on the job or employer satisfaction. Keep a copy of each intern’s emergency contact information onsite and coordinate an emergency contact plan with the Employer of Record. Maintain daily attendance records for all interns and submit weekly timesheets to the Employer of Record Provide adequate and appropriate supervision of interns including an orientation, coaching and workplace evaluation. Provide adequate and appropriate onboarding of interns to ensure that they meet other jobsite staff, become familiar with kitchen/restroom/common areas and become comfortable with their environment. Include interns in any relevant meetings, activities, or events at the worksite. Provide meaningful and productive work consistent with the position’s job description. Cooperate with worksite monitoring conducted by the Employer of Record, State of CT, and Capital Workforce Partners.

Coronavirus. 37.8.1 {Notwithstanding the ongoing and foreseeable nature of the global Coronavirus pandemic,} subject to the remaining provisions of the Clause 37.8, neither party to this Agreement shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such non-performance is due to a Coronavirus Event.
Coronavirus. The young person must inform the Support Staff, Personal Adviser or Social Worker if they are affected by the Coronavirus or if they have been in touch with anyone who is showing symptoms. At all times the young person must wash hands regularly, use hand sanitiser gel provided and keep their social distance. The young person will need to wear a mask when coming out of the bedroom. In the event of a young person being Covid-19 positive, the young person will be expected to isolate in their own bedroom. The young person will be provided with necessary support by the Support Staff. The young person must inform staff of their whereabouts so that their safety and wellbeing can be ensured. Young people are expected to be back at the Beehive by 11.00pm. If a young person is staying out late at night they must inform the Concierge and agree arrangements of when they are planning to return to The Beehive. If a young person is wishing to sleep at another place, they should seek permission from their Social Worker and notify the Personal Adviser and Support Staff who can then inform the Concierge of such arrangements. If the Concierge is not notified about the young person returning overnight, the police may have to be informed and the young person reported as missing from home. The young person is expected to understand these measures are taken to ensure their safety and The Beehive Project would like to make sure they are safe whilst living at The Beehive.
Coronavirus. (a) Coronavirus shall be defined under this Agreement as the disease known as coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the virus known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and any other variants of the coronavirus disease. (b) Both Parties shall undertake reasonable measures to ensure that any risks relating to Coronavirus, that will potentially impact the delivery of the Project and either Party’s obligations under this Agreement, are minimised. (d) If, due to a Coronavirus Event, a Party is prevented from, or delayed in: i. delivering the Project in accordance with this Agreement; or ii. carrying out any of its obligations under this Agreement, neither Party shall be in breach of this Agreement or liable for any failure to perform, or any delay in performing, any of its obligations under this Agreement that are prevented or delayed by that Coronavirus Event. (e) Both Parties agree to notify the other Party as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of a [possible] Coronavirus Event that will prevent or delay the delivery of the Project or performance of the Party’s obligations under this Agreement. Such notice shall include details of the Coronavirus Event. (f) In the occurrence of a Coronavirus Event, the Organisation shall use all reasonable endeavours to find alternative methods to deliver the Project and their obligations under this Agreement. Such alternative methods shall be discussed and agreed in writing with Climate Group. (g) If the Organisation requires an extension to the project timeline, because of a Coronavirus Event, Climate Group will take into consideration the information provided by the Organisation and use its reasonable endeavours to grant an extension.
