For the avoidance of doubt, the purposes for which the Company is formed shall not include, and without the prior unanimous written consent of all Members the Company shall not engage in, (i) originating, purchasing or otherwise acquiring and holding Mortgage Loans for investment purposes, or (ii) servicing Mortgage Loans or retaining servicing rights with respect to any Mortgage Loans originated and sold by the Company.
